is one top-notch high style notebook - all decked out in gleaming
Ferrari-red and sporting the Prancing Horse Emblem.However, it's not a case of style over substance.Under the hood is the Mobile AMD Athlon™ 64 processor 3000+
with installed memory at 512 MB but it can be zooped up to
an unbelievable 2GB of RAM. Plus, you have 128 MB of Video Memory
With the ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON™ 9700 graphics chip and a 15",
200-nit, high-brightness TFT LCD screen - the Acer 3400 is
an acceptable gaming pc.
This Acer notebook computer has a full body 80 GB hard drive
with a DVD+-RW/CD-RW Combo - so you can not only burn your
movies and CD's but you will have somewhere to store them. Acer has included a generous helping of connections, including

4 USB ports, Parallel Port, external analog display, external
TV display out, IEEE1394 Firewire, wireless network 802.11
media card reader, RJ11, RJ45 and video out, sound in/out, and
PCMCIA / PC-Card.

Although it's not the perfect machine, (hard drive is only 4200RPM
and its a little overweight for this class)- the Acer Ferrari 3400LMi
sure looks it! And that's not a bad thing for it does have the
quality, the performance, and more than enough features to
make it near perfect.
